The Company
My client is a unique corporate finance business, concentrating on deals between £0 - £15 million. They specialise in corporate sales and purchases, and the provision of fund raising advice to our clients. Due to ongoing success, and an ever-increasing deal flow, they are looking to expand their team at Partner level.
The Role
As a Partner you will be responsible for project management throughout the entire deal process. Starting with initial client meetings and deal structuring, to the preparation of financial models and the creation of business plans. This is a very client-facing role. You will be responsible for attracting investors and ensuring a high level of risk management throughout the process.
The Person
Successful candidates will be qualified accountants (preferably ACA), with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creative and lateral thinking will be required to provide appropriate solutions for your clients. The ability to work successfully in a small team is vital, as is a high level of energy, commitment and self-motivation needed to be successful in this very commercial role. A knowledge of financial modelling is required and previous experience in acquisitions and disposals is advantageous.
