Senior CDP/Junior Sous chef required for 2 rosette gastro pub on the outskirts of Colchester. You will be working within a brigade of 5 chefs and ideally have experience of working within fine dining establishments using only fresh produce. The Head chef is looking for someone with passion and a creative flair. This establishment has a very good reputation in the local area and ideally would like a chef who can cover all sections of the kitchen. Salary up to 22k + tips & bonus scheme.
