Our Client is a small hotel situated in a coastal town location in Suffolk.

 

They are now looking for a  Chef de Partie to join the busy kitchen team.

 

The Chef de Partie will be working with in a highly motivated brigade of 5.

 

The Chef de Partie will also be working under and guided by a head chef with a proven 2 rosette background.

 

As the Chef de Partie you will be competent in all sections of the kitchen and be responsible for the fine dinning aspect as well as the banqueting side of the hotel.

 

The right candidate should have previous pastry back ground and the drive and determination to be part of a team where constantly achieving high standard and going that extra mile are the orders of the day.
