We are looking to recruit a passionate Assistant Manager for a trendy restaurant in Ipswich.
If you are currently an Assistant Manager within a busy, fast paced, fresh food led operation then we have the ideal opportunity you are looking for to be able to push your career to a new height.
As Assistant Manager you will be involved in assisting the GM on all of the day to day running of the operation.
The Assistant Manager will need:
To have excellent communication and organisation.
A solid understanding of good food and wine.
A friendly, positive, can-do attitude to work.
A desire to develop your career.
Confidence and charisma with high standards of grooming.
The ability to train and develop junior members of the team.
Knowledge of cellar management and fine ales a must.
