JUNIOR SOUS CHEF – COUNTRY INN HOTEL - NORFOLK – LIVE IN

My client as award winning country inn is currently looking for a junior sous chef for a stunning country inn hotel in Norfolk with a stunning 50 cover restaurant.

As junior sous chef you will be working directly with the head chef and have the opportunity to progress to sous chef overseeing the smooth running of the restaurant, that is producing an outstanding 2AA rosette menu and using only the local freshest produce

Ideally you will come from a rosette background and have extreme passion for wanting to succeed.
