Sous chef required for an exciting new brassiere in the Hertford area. This is a modern brassiere with a 70 seater restaurant with rooms. Newly decorated, with a fully equipped kitchen to high specification.
As Sous Chef you will be required to work closely alongside the Head Chef, maintaining and pushing standards to a higher level, whilst also being able to manage and motivate other members of the team and leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. Your involvement will range from stock control and resource planning to food preparation and running service.
The chefs pride themselves on sourcing and using as much local and seasonal produce as they can. Their regularly changing menus mix traditional cuisine with modern influences to get a fantastic blend of new and old. Catering, for all who walk through their doors.
