We are looking for an assistant front of house manager to join the team of an award winning gastro pub offering a competitive salary, good tips, and a great team to work with. As well as 18 months experience in a supervisory role, you will need a passion for perfection in your work, stamina for hard work, and above all excellent communication skills, determination and commitment.
You will be smart, professional, consistent and enjoy getting to know regulars, members and clientele on a first name basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in busy fresh food led establishments, knowledge of wines, training staff, effectively communicating with both front & back of house and being a real hands on team player.
The successful candidate must be passionate about people and customer service and be able to provide new ideas on growing this already well-established restaurant.
