A highly motivated, ambitious chef de partie is required to work within a team of passionate chefs, in a multiple award winning, long established gastro pub.

 

Adaptability and confidence are key requirement’s for this chef de partie position, as the menu uses fresh, local produce to create a modern European menu which still has its roots in British pub food.

 

The ideal chef de partie would need to work alongside the sous and the head chef, helping to develop the menu whilst maintaining the rosette standard quality that is already being produced.
