General Manager – Southend - £25,000 + Bonus
Our Client is looking for an experienced, highly motivated and ambitious General Manager to look after their brand new restaurant in Southend.
This position requires a General Manager with a vast knowledge of the food and beverage industry and with the ability to develop and support a strong team of around 20 members.
The ideal candidate will be focused on bringing in new custom and maintaining high standards at all times. You must have confidence in your ability to run and develop a new restaurant, and have the ambition and passion to accompany this.
Excellent customer service skills are essential and a desire to succeed will be rewarded with a fantastic tip scheme.
