Sous Chef                     £20K upwards                Suffolk Coast

 

My client a Boutique Hotel and Rosette Restaurant situated in a beautiful Suffolk coastal town and are looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join their brigade of talented chef.

 

As Sous Chef you will be required to work closely alongside the Head Chef, maintaining and pushing standards to a higher level, whilst also being able to manage and motivate other members of the team, leading the team in the absence of the Head Chef. With involvement in everything from stock control and resource planning to food preparation.

 

This establishment has won several awards for its outstanding food and has a very good reputation in the local area. The chefs pride themselves on sourcing and using as much local and seasonal produce as they can.
