Cocktail Bar Manager - Suffolk £16,000 + Tips
Our client is a Boutique Hotel and Rosette Restaurant based in Suffolk is looking for an experienced Bar Manager to join their team.
The property strives to achieve excellent standards throughout its 4 star operation and as such they are looking for a strong standards driven manager who has an excellent rapport with guests and is keen to ensure the highest levels of customer service and profitability.
The Role Bar Manager:
Role Criteria
• The ideal Bar Manager will have previous 4 or 5 star hotel experience or worked within quality bars.
• The Bar Manager will be responsible for high levels of hygiene control and health and safety throughout the department
• The Bar Manager will be have experience with cocktails and flaring.
• The Bar Manager will be reporting directly into the Owner
• The Bar Manager must be highly customer focused, good communication skills and the ability to manage the team effectively
• The successful Bar Manager will have at least 2 / 3 years Assistant Restaurant Manager and Bar / supervisory experience within a similar operation
