An experienced, ambitious Chef de Partie is required for a modern restaurant within a stylish gastro pub. The kitchen uses only freshest ingredients sourced locally and produces quality dishes to a 2 rosette standard.

 

Our client requires an enthusiastic Chef de Partie with a passion for food who is capable of cooking to a high standard and becoming a valuable member of the talented and established team whilst possessing the following qualities

"Be confident in providing high quality food to large numbers
"A desire to improve and grow their cooking skills
"Well presented appearance and excellent communication
"Able to develop and help other members of staff
"Be confident in preparing quality rosette food

The ideal Chef de Partie will see this as a long term appointment and have a desire to progress within the brigade.

 

Salary in the region of 18k + Tips
