A passionate chef de partie is required for one of my clients on the outskirts of Chelmsford. This gastro pub currently holds awards for their outstanding food and service. All covers are produced from all fresh ingredients and you will be working within a brigade of 12 chefs. This is an extremley busy establishment where you can progress quickly within the kitchen and learn from one of the best executives chefs in the Essex Area who comes from a London 5 * star Hotel AA Rosette Background.
