SENIOR Sous chef in Ipswich required for 1 rosette establishment. You will be in charge of a team of 10 chefs and be in charge of the kitchen in the head chef’s absence. Using all fresh produce and dealing with over 150 covers per day. This is a busy establishment with an excellent reputation and they look after their chefs. Salary up to £ 26K. AAE
