A well known respected fine dining restaurant (2 Rosette Standard) in the Maldon Area is looking for a passionate sous chef to work within their brigade of 3. The Head chef was trained under Gordon Ramsey and Raymond Blanc.The Head Chef has a true passion for food and a wonderful understanding of flavours, he loves to keep the food interesting and exciting with daily changing specials and the use of local produce. You will be in charge of the kitchen when the head chef is away from the establishment and supervise junior members of the team. Live in accommodation is available for the right candidate. Split shifts 5 days on 2 off.
