SharePoint EMEA Product Technical Lead

You will have solid knowledge in technologies such as SharePoint, WSS 3.0, MOSS2007, SharePoint Farm Topologies, SharePoint Administration, Administration, Portal/site setup, Configuration, SDLC, and Active Directory. You will be the Technical Lead for the companies EMEA Office, responsible for being the primary contact for the companies SharePoint Administration Product, helping to support customers and staff alike.

This role involves:
• Being the Product Technical Lead
• Getting fully up to speed with SharePoint 2010
• Managing accounts, insuring customers get resolution on all issues.
• Keeps customers reference able
• Research product issues/implementation methods.
• Report back to customer, solutions and best practices
• Report product bugs to development and prioritize accordingly.
• Create and review knowledge base documentation.
• Review and be familiar with Product documentation.
• Stay current on new product technologies.
• Help with Presales installations.
• Assist in Staff Hiring, Retention and Training
