Award winning software provider are currently looking to expand their team in their Suffolk office.

They are looking for a Graduate Software Developer who has software engineering experience and knowledge of best practices and methodologies gained during a degree course and/or placement role.

You will be asked to create estimates and plans for work, monitor and report accurately on progress taking responsibility for the timely delivery of your software projects.

As a member of the Development department you are required to ensure that the department responsibilities are met – developing and maintaining a high standard of quality in its procedures, processes and the software produced.

Skill set/Additional Responsibilities

• Knowledge of writing software using Microsoft’s .Net Framework.
• Knowledge of writing software using Microsoft’s SQL Server Database, especially creation of Stored Procedures, Triggers and Views.
• Knowledge of development methodologies and how they impact development..
• Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales.
• Good organisational and communication skills
• Good problem solving skills.
• Able to learn new skills quickly.
• Able to be flexible and adapt to change.
• A commitment to quality
