Conveyancing Legal Assistant - Essex - £Neg
Our client is a large law firm with offices in Essex. The Conveyancing department deals with a variety of transactions including residential sales and purchases, plot sales and housing association work. The firm is currently recruiting for an experienced Legal Assistant with a proven background within Residential Conveyancing. We are looking for someone that can take on responsibility for the files progression, to include searches, surveys and post completion work, as well as maintaining regular contact with the client.
