The firm encourage their lawyers to develop close, long-term links with clients and provide commercial, pragmatic solutions.
This firm would like to recruit a solicitor who specialises in all areas of Commercial Property, with a strong emphasis on Landlord and Tenant.
You must come from a strong property practice and have good academics with a minimum of 3 ½ years experience in Real Estate – Specific experience required as follows;
• Grant and acquisition of leases
• Lease renewals, including 54 Act renewals
• Sale and purchase of commercial freehold and leasehold properties
• Options and conditional sale agreements
• Day to day management of Property Portfolios
• Development acquisitions and plot sales
• Commercial mortgages
• Minimum 12 months exposure to residential property
