The Company
Our client is a leading software and services company in the UK pensions market, supplying software systems to financial advisors, network and product providers. The company was formed in 1992 and currently employes 50 staff.
The Role
This is an exciting role within the Sales and Marketing team. The role is initially for a 6 month contract, with the possibility to extend the contract period or to develop into a permanent role.
The role is office based and telephone skills are of primary importance. You will be reporting directly to the Sales and Marketing Team Leader.
The Sales and Marketing Team are responsible for:
Being the first point of contact between the company and customers
Providing an overview of the companys products
Responsible for arranging appointments for the field based Business Development Managers
Processing new applications and orders
Skills required
Some experience of the financial services industry and a basic understanding of the pensions and investment market would be an advantage
Telesales experience is preferable together with a positive and professional approach
You will or organised and confident in the use of IT
