Being raised in the Catering industry, Erika decided in 2008 to bring together her passion for people, food, and business by joining Ian to lead Rayment Recruitment’s catering division. Since then, she’s helped shape it into one of the most trusted and successful catering teams in East Anglia.
Erika works closely with Ian on the day-to-day running of the business. She believes great recruitment starts with great relationships, built on quality, honesty, and fairness, and she makes sure her team shares that same ethos.
