A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Demi Chef de Partie to join a well-regarded, award-winning dining establishment on the outskirts of Basildon.
The kitchen serves modern British gastro cuisine with a creative twist, using seasonal and locally sourced produce. You will be working within a small, professional brigade of 5 chefs, producing high-quality dishes in a supportive and well-run kitchen.
This role is ideal for a strong Commis Chef ready to step up or an existing Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress in a quality environment.
Requirements
Experience as a Commis Chef or Demi Chef de Partie within a 1AA Rosette (or similar) kitchen
Good knife skills
Passion for quality food and British cuisine
Hard-working with a positive team attitude
Reliable and keen to learn and develop
Able to provide good references
Must have the right to live and work in the UK
Car driver essential unless taking the live-in accommodation
