Employee Benefits Consultant / Senior Consultant

London | Hybrid (3 days in office)

Salary: £55,000–£70,000 + bonus + benefits


We’re looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Consultant / Senior Consultant to join our London-based team. This is a client-facing advisory role focused on delivering high-quality advice and building long-term relationships across a varied corporate client portfolio.


The Role

  • Advise corporate clients on workplace pensions, group risk, and health & wellbeing benefits

  • Provide strategic advice to leadership teams and tailored guidance to individual employees

  • Manage and develop existing client relationships

  • Deliver financial wellbeing and benefits presentations (in-person and virtual)

  • Identify new business and referral opportunities

  • Stay up to date with industry and market developments

About You

  • Proven experience in an employee benefits consulting role

  • Strong technical knowledge across pensions, group risk, and wellbeing products

  • Level 4 qualified

  • Confident communicator, able to explain complex topics clearly

  • Well organised, proactive, and comfortable managing your own workload

  • Happy working in a hybrid environment with flexibility for client needs
