Our client, a newly refurbished, privately owned village pub and restaurant, is seeking a highly motivated Head Chef to join their successful kitchen brigade. This traditional pub, seating up to 80 guests including the outdoor area, is renowned for classic British dishes, fine wine, and real ale.

The Role
As Head Chef, you will:
Lead the kitchen and take ownership of menu creation and execution.
Develop fresh, seasonal dishes alongside the Owner for the à la carte menu.
Train, mentor, and inspire junior members of the brigade.
Manage rotas, ordering, and kitchen operations efficiently.
Ensure the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
About You
Proven experience as a Head Chef in a fresh food-focused establishment.
Creative, passionate, and hardworking with a love for quality ingredients.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Able to take full control of the kitchen while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.
Must have a valid driver’s license due to the village location.
