About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join a well-established kitchen in the Sudbury area. This is a temp to perm opportunity offering stability, great hours and a supportive team environment.
What You'll Do
Support the Head Chef with daily service
Prepare fresh, high-quality dishes
Maintain excellent food hygiene and kitchen standards
Work efficiently during straight shifts
Contribute to a positive, professional kitchen culture
What You Need
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
Ability to work confidently in a busy kitchen
Reliable, professional and able to hit the ground running
Car driver preferred due to location/shift pattern
