The Role
Supporting the Parts Department with day‑to‑day operations
Identifying, sourcing and ordering parts for machinery and commercial vehicles
Assisting customers over the phone
Managing stock levels, goods-in and goods-out
Preparing parts for workshop jobs
Using internal systems to process orders and check availability
Working closely with technicians and the service team
Requirements
Excellent customer communication skills and telephone manner essential
Agricultural machinery or automotive knowledge essential
Computer literacy: Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Office
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Good time keeping
Flexibility: Willing to adapt when needed
Multi-tasking ability
Organised
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment as part of team and independently
